In 2008 Victor embarked on his Real Estate Journey after graduating from the University of Waterloo, and in 2013 Victor founded VIP Toronto Real Estate and has been the team lead since then.
Having a University degree in accounting and obtaining a mortgage license prior to the start of his real estate journey, the combination of accounting/mortgage/real estate has built him a solid foundation in helping his clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectation in real estate.
Since 2013, Victor & his team have sold over thousands of pre-construction condominiums units within Canada, valued close to $1 Billion in sales, resulting in an acute understanding of how to guide agents and their businesses toward prosperous growth in this ever-changing industry. Throughout the years Victor has accumulated countless awards such as being the Top Producer for King Toronto, Downtown Markham Top Sales: York Condos, Gallery Square by Remington Group and President Club for Baker Realty 2014-2020 just to name a few.
